The Kingfisher Educational Foundations' Rockin' Boppin' Concert series is a collection of local talent and organizers working together to promote KEF and unity in our community.  The Board of Directors for your Educational Foundation is proud to be the originators of these great shows.

The shows began in the mid 1980's shortly after the Kingfisher Educational Foundation was organized.  Historically, "The Show" has been produced, usually in the early spring, every two to three years depending on demand and production desire.  This show is a success because of people with talent working together.  It is an impressive array of local performers giving their time and talent and highlights why our town is a great place to live.

The show is a strong community reminder of the Kingfisher Educational Foundation and is believed to be the stimulus for some of the Foundations most significant donations.  While that success can be measured by the profits, attendance and sales, another significant accomplishment is the enhanced awareness of the great school system in Kingfisher.  The KEF was founded by a group of forward thinking civic minded individuals that recognized the benefits of investing in our youth through Kingfisher Schools.

Historic insight, DVD's and memorabilia can be sought from Steve Sanders, who has been with this project since inception.

Even after 20 years, the perennial Kingfisher Rockin' Boppin' Concert is still a big draw for the Kingfisher Educational Foundation.
